At least two candidates are put forward for interview with the client.
(NOTE: The client may choose to only interview one.)

Interviews may take place anywhere, though typically they're at the client's home. Sometimes, for convenience, they may be arranged at a hotel in London.

Interviewees will meet the children and will be fully apprised of all circumstances. (The client will pay travel expenses.)

NOTE: Selected candidates are subject to background screening.
This is carried out by a large international security firm: Kroll FPR.
